Kristin Fisher is joining CNN in 2021 when she joined CNN. She'll be CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. She covers everything, including NASA as well as Space Force, Space Force and commercial space companies to the advent of space tourism. Kristin, mother of NASA astronauts and an enthusiastic space lover was raised within the space industry. She spent five years as the White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy during the Biden and Trump Administrations. Also, she covered the 2020 presidential campaign and efforts by two administrations in fighting the coronavirus. Former president Donald Trump traveled to Afghanistan for a restricted trip. Kristin was a television reporter in Grand Junction, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, Washington, D.C., in which she was awarded an Emmy Award for her work as a "one-man-band" reporter before being hired by CBS in 2015. Kristin started Field Mouse Films with her skills behind the camera back in the year 2014. The company specialized in producing documentaries for corporate clients including Uber and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin holds earned a Bachelor in Science in Journalism that she earned from Boston University. Kristin is married to her daughter and 3-year-old daughter in Washington, D.C.
